Meet Bertha – Adopted
Ms. Bertha came into Rescue through a Shelter
Weighs 45.0 pounds – Merle – approximately 2 1/2 – 3 years old.
She is a compact little girl who loves to play with her toys and enjoys life. She is working on her potty training in her foster home and she is doing quite well. She sleeps in her crate at night and when it is time for bedtime, she goes to sleep. She is a very good girl. She does crave a lot of attention because she was living in a puppy mill situation and not getting the attention she needs. She is a Happy Girl that is super sweet and can put a smile on your face. She is going to be a dog that requires a lot of patience and a good routine to get her on the road to her new forever life. She enjoys being out and getting in a big comfy bed and chewing her toys. She gets along with other dogs but can be a little shy. She needs some basic leash training because she has never been on a leash. She is a sweet little Bully.
She is currently scheduled for spay and removal of bladder stones – we will have stones analyzed and determine whether she is going to require a specific diet.
