Meet Coco
Introducing CoCo, a 5-year-old 50 lb bundle of personality. She came to rescue from a Northern California shelter after her owners were no longer able to care for her. She loves chewing on her elk horn, hanging out with her foster mom, and walks. During her 3 months in rescue, she has truly blossomed. She is a great “house dog” with excellent potty habits. She enjoys meeting new people and is generous with her affection. She especially lights up when she meets children.
She will need ongoing medication for her allergies which seem to be under good control with her current regimen. A new owner will need to be very committed to continuing her oral medication to maintain her present nice coat and condition. Coco is likely a “mix” but is mostly Bulldog as is obvious in her pictures. She has now been spayed, had correction of her elongated soft palate, is current on all vaccines, and is heartworm negative.
She would love a new home where she can get the attention and affection she so enjoys. She will be placed as an only dog. Although she loves her humans, other dogs/cats… not so much. A fenced yard is required.
If you are interested in adopting Coco, please complete an application and indicate your interest in Coco.
Her adoption fee is 550 dollars and will include a month of her current daily medication.
She is currently in foster care on the SF Peninsula.
