Meet Cricket – The Little Firecracker

Cricket is a three-year-old French Bulldog/Bulldog mix with a reddish-brown and white coat, weighing in at a compact 30 pounds. She came into rescue from a local shelter, and it’s a mystery how no one came looking for her—this girl is bursting with personality! With a heart full of joy and a tail that never stops wagging, Cricket is ready to bring non-stop smiles to her forever family.

Fast Facts About Cricket:

  • Full of Fun: Energetic, playful, and full of spirit—Cricket loves her toys, adventures, and being around people. She’s especially fond of kids and would thrive in a lively family.

  • Making Progress: Doing great on her potty training and just needs a bit more basic obedience training to round things out.

  • Health Watch: Cricket has been diagnosed with severe valvular pulmonic and low-grade aortic stenosis. She’s had her cardiology evaluation, and while her condition is serious, she remains active, happy, and full of life. Medication will be part of her long-term care.

  • On the Mend: Came in with some skin irritation, but it’s healing nicely. She’s also scheduled to be spayed as part of her care plan.

  • Irresistible Personality: One ear stands tall, her tail wags at lightning speed, and her goofy charm makes her the life of the party—but she also knows how to settle down for cozy nap time.

Cricket may have some health challenges ahead, but she doesn’t let that slow her down. She’s sweet, resilient, and has so much love to give. If you’re looking for a playful pup with a big heart and an even bigger personality, Cricket might just be your perfect match.
