Maverick – Adopted

He came to us from a local shelter as a stray. He is approx 6 yrs old. When he came to us, he needed to be neutered and have cherry eye taken care of. He has now been neutered and had his cherry eye removed, brought up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested (negative) and microchipped. He does require Rx drops for dry eye to one eye for dry eye (lifelong medication).  He is very good about taking his eye medication.

 

Maverick has been moved into a foster home and is doing wonderful.  He is living with a large breed dog and doing well.  He is a bit unsure of the doggie door, but as long as his foster Mom takes him out to potty he hasn’t had any accidents in the house. He is a very happy guy, he loves to follow his foster Mom around the house. He is a typical Bulldog and prefers to be inside the house rather than go outside. He loves to play with his toys. Maverick is a happy-go-lucky boy who can be placed with another dog. He will make a great companion dog.
